Water temperature: max. 60 C.Installation instructions . Screw the connection pipes by hand, do not use pliers or wrenches! . After installing the tap, please unscrew the mixer nozzle, flush the pipe and tap thoroughly for a longer period of time, to remove contamination and residues. . Do not twist or strain the pipes! When using for the first time, check the connections for leaks! . Check all connections carefully after first use to ensure they are tight. . We assume no liability for incorrect installation - especially for subsequent damage! Care instructions Sanitary taps require special care. Therefore, please observe the following instructions: . Chrome-plated surfaces are sensitive to limescale removers, acidic cleaning agents and all kinds of abrasives. . Never clean coloured surfaces with abrasive, corrosive or alcohol-containing agents. . Clean taps only with clean water and a soft cloth or sponge. Please ensure that no detergent is allowed to enter the cartridge housing, as this can cause the lever to become stiff and cause noises. Do not forget to unscrew the mixing nozzle at regular intervals and remove any limescale or foreign matter. It is advisable to replace the mixing nozzle with a new one in case of extreme contamination. Maintenance . Please note that a cartridge is a consumable part and that the cartridge can be replaced every 1-2 years if the water has high levels of limescale or dirt. Please check all joints and connections for leaks or visible damage at regular intervals. . The warranty only applies to the country in which the product was purchased. The scope of the warranty includes a warranty, reduced to 1 year, for the durability of dull chrome surfaces, such as bronzed or colored surfaces. The following are excluded from the warranty: . Corrosion in the mixer jets (aerator) · Cartridge . Damage due to improper assembly, commissioning and handling . Damage caused by external influences, such as fire, water and chemical influences . Mechanical damage caused by accidents, falls or impacts . Negligent or intentional destruction . Normal wear and tear or poor maintenance . Damage due to repairs carried out by unqualified persons . Improper handling, insufficient care and the use of unsuitable cleaning agents . Chemical or mechanical influences during transport, storage, connection, repair and use of the product 2. Warranty service The warranty performance refers, at our choice, to repairs carried out free of charge, to the free delivery of spare parts or a product of the same quality upon return of the defective part or product. If the type in question is produced longer, we reserve the right to deliver a replacement product from our range that is as similar as possible to the returned type. The replaced products or parts are transferred to our ownership. When returning the product, the buyer shall bear the transport costs and the transport risk unless it relates to a warranty case in accordance with the statutory warranty regulations. In the latter case, we will reimburse the transport costs. Reimbursement of costs for dismantling and installation, inspection, claims due to loss of profit and damages are excluded from the warranty, as are any other claims for damage and losses of any kind caused by the product or its use. 3. Assertion of the warranty claim The warranty claim must be submitted within the warranty period upon submission of the original purchase receipt to Eisl Sanitär GmbH, Himmelreich 1, 5020 Salzburg. 4. Warranty period The warranty period is always the duration stated on the label or packaging of the individual product. If no specific warranty is stated for a particular product, it always totals 2 years from the date of purchase, the date on the purchase receipt being decisive. Exception: The durability of any shiny chrome surfaces, such as bronzed or colored surfaces; for this purpose, the warranty period totals 1 year; Here too, the date of receipt of the purchase is decisive. The warranty period for the product will neither be extended nor renewed by warranty services. Warranty services shall not limit the warranty period, unless a warranty case arises in accordance with the statutory provisions in addition to other previously existing legal conditions for a limitation. 5. German law shall apply to this warranty, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). 6. Severability clause If any provision of these regulations is or becomes wholly or partially ineffective or if the parties mistakenly fail to create a regulation on a matter of this contract, the validity of the other provisions of this contract shall remain unaffected. In place of the ineffective or unenforceable provision or in place of the contractual gap, an effective or enforceable provision shall be added that comes as close as possible to the intention and purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision. In the event of a gap, the provision shall be agreed upon which is consistent with what would have been agreed upon, in accordance with the intent and purpose of this contract, if the parties had considered the matter from the outset. This also applies if the ineffectiveness of a provision is based on a measure of performance or time standardized in this contract. In such cases, a measure of performance or time permitted by law, which comes as close as possible to the agreed measure, replaces the agreed one. This warranty card is only valid in conjunction with the original purchase receipt.
